Over the years, I have been privileged to talk with amazing people about my disease and the treatment that I am undergoing. I have been asked countless times for names, phone numbers and treatment related information. Every time, I have felt so happy to be able to share this information with those in need of answers.

Now is time for me to be more efficient and to make all this available to everyone accessing my website. These new health related links will be updated every time I find something you might be able to benefit from.

I do have to admit that it makes me feel really good to talk about my experience on a personal level. So please keep in touch and feel free to call me at 1.360.903.9918 or to email me anytime.

The Arthritis Center of Riverside is in a new location as of November 2007. Their new address is 11725 Slate Avenue, Riverside, CA 92505-7100. Their phone number is 1.951.352.1700. This is where I go for the antibiotic therapy that has been life saving for me.

I am also currently experimenting with two new whole food supplements and I can say that I am starting to see some very exciting results. More on this when I have more data.

The Roadback Foundation will tell you everything you need to know about antibiotic therapy. Their website is rich in information of all kinds, from books to read to protocole to recommending doctors in your area. If you can't find answers on their website, you can contact them. They have been of great help for me.

"The New Arthritis Breakthrough" by Henry Scammell is the book that I read back in the summer of 2000 before I made the decision to undergo antibiotic therapy. The Roadback Foundation's website has a list of articles and other recommended reading that you might find interesting as well.

In the fall of 2006, I was introduced to the DVD "The Secret", about the law of Attraction. I found this DVD to be very inspirational and life transforming. I got goose bumps when I realized that it was just what I had been doing to improve my health. The movie does not go in depth on the topic, but it is a good way to get introduced to the idea.

Here are a few books that I have read over the years and that have resonated very strongly with me. They are all very spiritual books in a non-religious way.

"How We Choose to be Happy", by Rick Foster and Greg Hicks,
"Ask and It Is Given", by Esther and Jerry Hicks,
"My Stroke of Insight", by Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor,
"A New Earth", by Eckhart Tolle,
"Anatomy of the Spirit", by Caroline Myss,
"Mutant Message Down Under", by Marlo Morgan.

I strongly believe that diseases are not just about our physical body and our environment. It is as importantly mind related. Do a search on chakras and read on what they relate to. Find out about alternative treatments such as Acupuncture & Massage Therapy. Add love, friendship and color into your life. Call someone who is going through a hard time. Work on a project that makes you feel good. Play with your spouse, a friend, your kids, your pets - whatever you have handy ;-). Be thankful, very thankful, for what you have. Allow yourself to be creative. Happiness is mostly a state of mind. We all have the same prognosis: we are going to die. What we do with our days left is entirely up to us.
